Our signature Guided Meditation & Mindfulness class. This class starts with a lesson about meditation, then you are guided for 30-minute meditation practice. Students can choose to be seated or lying down position.
Book ClassJade is a slow-paced yoga flow class that focuses on building a strong foundation. Each strengthening pose is held for several breaths, so your body may open up, strengthen, and retain strong muscle memory.
Book ClassThis low impact class focuses on long yoga holds that release tension in your chest shoulders, and back. This helps with weight loss, core strength, and stress.
Book ClassFocused on detoxifying your body. Sun salutations, balancing & twisting poses are featured in each flow series to assist with core stability. This class ends with a ten minute cool down floor stretches.
