Each Rose Quartz meditation class focuses on a different style or technique. The class starts with an open discussion about the upcoming meditation. In a comfortable seated or lying position, the practice begins with the breath. Over the following moments, students put this ancient technique into practice. The class closes with a light conversation, while students can reflect on the experience. Feel free to bring your sitting pillow and/or blankets.

While holding poses for several breaths, the body will begin to open up, strengthen, and retain muscle memory. This low impact class focuses on long yoga holds that will release tension in your chest, shoulders, and back. This helps with weight loss, core strength, and overall health.
