FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full price of all services.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.

A 23% service charge will be added to all spa services for your convenience. Additional gratuities are welcome at your discretion.

To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled service. Late arrivals will reduce your treatment time, but the full value of the service will still apply.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened, undamaged, unused, and accompanied by a receipt. No returns are offered on spa services; all sales are final once a service is completed.

  • Guests must be 18 or older to enjoy massages, facials, body treatments, the serenity lounge, or locker areas.
  • Guests aged 16-17 may receive massages or facials with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room.
  • Nail services are available for children 5 and older, with a parent present during the service.

Massage services are available past the first trimester. Please notify the spa concierge when booking to ensure proper accommodations.
