To give you a sense of what we offer, though, let’s run through some of the current fitness and wellness classes available at our state-of-the-art facility.

Seated or lying meditation is at the heart of Rose Quartz – Guided Meditation & Mindfulness, ideal for those looking to center themselves amid the rushing hustle and bustle of daily life. The class opens with an introduction to the meditation experience ahead, and closes with a light, loose, illuminating post-meditation conversation.

You can bolster your ongoing yoga work with a comprehensive foundation via Jade – Slow-Paced Yoga Flow, an hourlong class lingering usefully on each pose and thereby ingraining muscle memory and tapping into the power of breathwork.

Low-impact long yoga is the focus of the 60-minute Citrine – Open Body Stretch class, which’ll see you release tension and hone strength.

The Tigers Eye – Yoga Flow session, meanwhile, also an hour long, begins with a breathing exercise, eases into variations on sun salutations and other poses, and then finishes with 10 minutes of floor-stretch cooldown.

The Onyx – Core Fusion fitness class is high-intensity and low-impact, aiming to up your core strength and your stamina.
